The Children, BRIS and IT 2009

For the third consecutive year, BRIS (Children’s Rights in Society), a Swedish NGO, has published a report on the relationship between children, BRIS and it, which has been translated to English.

The report's results concern what children have told BRIS in the support services with regard to matters concerning the Internet, computers and mobile phones. BRIS is calling for improved com-
munication between parents, other adults and children concerning children’s experiences on the Internet.

The study is part of the Swedish Media Councils safer internet campaign The Young Internet where BRIS is the Helpline partner.
